Q: Do you offer free shipping?

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $150 or $15 flat rate shipping Australia Wide.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

Unfortunately we don’t at this time.

Q: Where are you located?

We are located in the regional city of Ballarat, Victoria. We have two locations in Central Ballarat and the Delacombe Town Centre.

Q: Do you offer wholesale purchases?

Yes, we certainly do! If you would like to become a registered stockiest, please fill out our become a stockiest form and we will be in contact within 3-5 business days. If approved, you will gain access to our online portal to place your first order.

Q: What type of candle wax do you use?

Soy wax is our candle wax of choice thanks to its Vegan friendly, biodegradable and pesticide free.

Q: Do I need to trim my wooden candle wicks?

Yes! Trim your wooden wick to 5mm before lighting. This will help your candle to stay alight, burn more evenly and will actually help your candle to burn longer.

Q: Why is it important to burn your candle to the edge?

The first time you burn your soy candle allow it to burn to the edge of the jar to create a memory and prevent future tunnelling. See more on this via our (link) candle care page.

Q: Are your candles handmade?

Yes! All of our soy candles are hand poured by our team in our Sturt Street workshop in the regional city of Ballarat, Victoria.

Q: How do I apply a discount code?

At checkout you will be able to add your discount code to the “discount code” section and simply click ‘apply’.

Q: Can I use more than one discount code on my order?

We love a good discount but unfortunately only one code can be applied per order.
