Exchange & Refund Policy.
We take great care in the quality of our products. If you experience an issue with your purchase, the following policy outlines when returns or refunds may be considered.
Returns Period
Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of purchase. Customers are required to contact us within 7 days of receiving their order or purchasing in store to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unlit, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase is required (printed or digital receipt accepted; bank transactions are not accepted)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customised or personalised products
- Gift cards
- Workshop gift cards (non-transferable and redeemable for workshops only)
- Workshop bookings (all bookings are final)
- Sale items
- Downloadable products
- Health and personal care items, including but not limited to earrings, body care items, cosmetics, and used drink bottles
- Candles that have been lit or used
- Perishable goods
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
Electrical Products
If you experience an issue with an electrical item:
- Please return the product to the store of purchase within 14 days, with proof of purchase
- Items must be returned in original packaging and in the same condition as purchased
- Our team will record your details and liaise with the manufacturer in accordance with their warranty and assessment process
Late Returns
Items returned after 14 days from purchase or delivery are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Workshop Date Changes & Administrative Fee
Workshops are a booking-based service and places are limited.
If you need to change the date of your workshop booking, an administrative fee will apply. This fee covers the costs associated with managing the booking change and securing a replacement for your original spot.
Date changes are subject to availability and will incur an administrative fee of $15 per person for each date change requested. This fee is non-refundable.
